Delighted to have had two of my pictures selected for the Wirral open at the Williamson Art Gallery, and even more delighted to say that one of them sold!
I thought the exhibition beautifully showcased the depth of skill that is in and around the Wirral and liked the gallery’s approach to the hanging of the exhibition which was very much in the R.&A.’s Spring exhibition style.
Below the wall which featured my two pictures: on the left the long thin one featuring 10 different aspects of a pennant advertising the St. Ive’s Festival and centre bottom entitled “The Unwieldy Gift” an abstract in watercolour .
“Festival” was the one that sold!
