This is a sketch of the Liverpool waterfront from the Wirral side. A favourite view of mine and one that very often leads me to getting “bogged down” in detail. So I was quite pleased with this attempt at focussing on the shapes and the composition of the iconic view.

The original lies in my sketchbook but I have had “giclee” prints made along with adding the image to my expanding selection of greetings cards.
